He has held key roles in his career at Booz Allen Hamilton, MWH Global, and Concentric Solutions International. Mr. Castle's accomplishments range from founding a government consulting firm to advising military and corporate leaders, volunteering in Ukraine, and consulting in Romania.

Mr. Castle brings expertise in data science and applied research through doctoral studies in Global Leadership and Management at Arizona State University (2026). Mr. Castle holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins, a Master's in Strategic Intelligence from American Military University, and a Bachelor's in International Politics with a Russian minor from Brigham Young University. He also holds certifications from Harvard's Digital Transformation program and MIT's AI and Machine Learning program.
